- Applicants are guided with precise information on visa submission formalities and relevant applicable fees. Visa categories and types are configurable for every country.
- In addition to booking, applicants are also provided with a tracking status to help them stay updated on their visa status. The application processes around 8000 appointments per day.
- The application is scaled to be accessed by over 30 countries, 67 visa service centers, and 8.7 million applicants.
- It uses high-end technology tools like Jboss, Nginx, Java, Angular, Linux, Aurora PostgreSQL and MongoDB to provide a seamless user experience.
